2. Orders and Specifications

• All products and services are subject to availability and acceptance of the Order.
• We reserve the right to reject any Order without obligation to provide a reason.

• We strive to represent colors and designs accurately, but variations may occur due to different screen displays and printing methods.
• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all uploaded materials, including design files, comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on intellectual property rights.

3. Price and Payment

• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required at the time of placing an Order.
• Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• If payment is reversed or declined, the Seller retains ownership of any delivered goods.

4. Delivery

• Delivery details are specified at the time of order placement.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
• The Buyer must inspect delivered Goods and report any defects within 3 days.
• Failure to accept delivery does not entitle the Buyer to a refund.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect Goods, provided that the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
• The Seller may request the return of defective Goods or photographic evidence of defects.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays, printing errors due to incorrect file submissions, or loss of profit due to service interruptions.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the Order.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of LampMediaTouch and may not be used without permission.
• The Buyer must not upload copyrighted material without authorization.
