Our cards are printed on both sides and laminated front and back as standard, so the price you see already includes that finish. “No design” means you send a finished, print-ready file. “With design” means we design the card for you as part of the price.

Business card printing price in Nigeria by city

The business card printing price in Nigeria is not the same in every city. Print shops price differently because of rent, equipment, paper supply and competition. Here is what we could verify from published price pages. We compared only what each company states publicly, and where a city had no published list, we say so.

Competitor prices were read from the companies’ own websites on 3 October 2026 and may have changed since. The pages we read did not state whether lamination is included, so ask before you compare. The Ibadan row is a sample of six price posts, not a survey, and it does not name the printers. Different shops use different paper weights and finishes, so this is a guide, not a like-for-like quote.

What the comparison shows: double-sided is the fair comparison, because that is how most people order cards now. For 100 double-sided cards, Hazken in Lagos publishes ₦12,100 on 300gsm and ₦14,600 on 600gsm. Our 100 cards are 500gsm, double-sided and laminated front and back, and cost ₦8,000 with your own design. Abuja’s ₦5,000–₦20,000 range covers 50 to 200 cards across many paper, side and turnaround options, so it cannot be matched to a single like-for-like figure. In Ibadan, there are many small printers advertising on social media, and the six posts we sampled priced 100 cards between ₦12,000 and ₦20,000. Our ₦8,000 is below all of them, but because most of those posts do not say what the card is made of or whether it is laminated, it is not a like-for-like comparison. Other shops may include things (such as delivery) that are not visible in a headline price, so always ask what is included.

One thing prices do not show is delivery: Hazken states same-day delivery within Lagos for orders placed before noon. If you are in Ogbomoso, Oyo State or anywhere else in Nigeria, ask about delivery time when you order, since it depends on your location and workload.

Cost per card at 100 pieces

Dividing the published price by the number of cards gives a quick comparison. This uses only the 100-card prices stated above, and the double-sided rows are the like-for-like ones.

Cost per card = 100-card price divided by 100. Design-included prices include the designer’s work, not just printing.

What changes the business card printing price?

• Paper weight (gsm): gsm is grams per square metre. A heavier card feels sturdier and costs more. Most standard cards are around 300gsm to 500gsm. See our guide to business card printing, materials and techniques.
• Quantity: the more you print, the lower the cost per card, because setup is shared across the run.
• Finish: our cards are laminated on the front and back as standard, which protects against smudges, moisture and everyday wear. Always ask other printers whether lamination is included in the price you are quoted.
• Single or double-sided: printing both sides costs more, as Hazken’s own prices show (₦8,800 single-sided against ₦12,100 double-sided for 100 cards at 300gsm). Double-sided is now the norm, since the back is useful for services, a QR code or a second language, so ours are printed double-sided as standard.

2. Want us to design it? Choose “With design” and we will lay out your card with your logo and details.
