Sticker printing prices depend on a handful of things you can control, and understanding them helps you spend less without lowering quality. Prices also change over time, so this guide does not quote naira figures that could be wrong next month. It explains how the price is built, why a small quantity can be the smartest buy, and where to see the live price for your size and quantity.
This guide is part of our series on small batch stickers in Nigeria. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
If you are a student, a trainer or a small producer thinking about labels for small chops, drinks, soap or cosmetics, the goal is simple: pay for what you need now, and avoid being stuck with labels you cannot use.

What decides sticker printing prices
- Size. A bigger sticker uses more vinyl and ink, so it costs more. A 2×2 inch sticker is cheaper than a 4×4 inch one.
- Quantity. The price per sticker usually falls as quantity rises, because setup is shared across more stickers.
- Design. If you send a print-ready file, you pay for printing only. If we design it, a design fee is included.
- Material and shape. Vinyl, paper and different cut shapes are priced differently. Ours are vinyl, cut in the shape you choose.
- Delivery and speed. Shipping to another state and rush jobs affect the total.
The best place to see current sticker printing prices is the Custom Product Label Stickers page. Pick a size and quantity, choose “No Design” or “With Design”, and the price appears before you pay.
Sticker printing prices: cost per sticker versus total cost
This is the point most people miss. When you compare quantities, the cost per sticker usually falls as you order more. But the total you pay rises. For a new product, the total matters more than the cost per sticker.
To compare fairly, divide the total price by the number of stickers: cost per sticker equals total divided by quantity. Then ask yourself two questions. Will I use all of them within a few months? Might I change the design before then? If either answer is uncertain, a smaller batch is usually the better buy, even if each sticker costs a little more.
When small sticker printing prices add up to less overall
- You are still testing the product or the recipe.
- You may change your logo, name, phone number or price soon.
- You make a few containers a week, not hundreds.
- You sell to a small circle of customers.
- You need different labels for different products.
See small batch stickers in Nigeria for the full case for starting small.
When a bigger batch makes sense
- The design is final and you have sold your product for several months.
- You use labels every week and know your monthly volume.
- You want the lowest cost per sticker and can store labels safely.
Sticker printing prices should follow your sales, not your hopes. Moving from 50 to 100, then 250 or 500 as sales grow is a sensible path. You never need to guess your future sales.
How design affects sticker printing prices
If you already have print-ready artwork, choose “No Design” and pay only for printing. If you need us to create or tidy the design, choose “With Design”. Many customers now design with AI or a free tool, then send the file for printing. If the file is not good enough, we tell you what to fix. See how to prepare sticker artwork.
A good file also saves money, because it avoids a reprint. A blurry or tiny-text label that has to be printed again costs more than careful preparation.
How to compare sticker printing prices from different printers
- Is it vinyl or paper? Vinyl handles moisture and rubbing better.
- Is it cut to the shape you want?
- What exact size, in inches or centimetres?
- How many stickers are included?
- Is design included, and how many corrections?
- How long does it take, and what does delivery to your city cost?
Other printers publish their sticker prices too, for example Hazken Digital in Lagos, but check size, material and cut before you compare, because prices are only comparable when the specification matches. For a wider guide, read printing cost in Nigeria.
